Party 2009
We let our children have the main Halloween Party this year, which was scaled down considerably from previous years. The weather turned out pretty good considering it rained most of the day.
I actually staggered the start times for the 8-11years olds and the 16-18 year olds.
It worked out perfect. Just as the little ones were leaving the attack of teenagers hit the Cauldron with a Wicked Evil Force…and YES, teenagers scare the hell out of Witches (lol).
Around 10:00pm a few extra adult friends showed up for Texas Hold’em, eat, drink and be scary time, which ended up going on till 4:30am (ok…I was asleep by 2:00am exhausted from policing the teenager party)….man they move fast!! Worse than 2 year olds or cats near water (hehe). I struggled getting them to pose for pictures – figure that one out (I missed quite a few cool costumes somehow). Anyways the weekend event turned out great…Now come on October 31st!!!
